Cultivating French varietals grown on 12-year-old vines in limestone and clay soil, Adelaida has been celebrated across the world and is known for creating high quality wines. This red is aged in French oak barrels for 20 months and is full of intense and bold flavors including plum, cherry and notes of chocolate complemented by cedar and oak barrel spice. Pair with a veggie burger topped with grilled onions or a pan seared filet mignon with balsalmic reduction.
