After studying winemaking and enology in Bordeaux, Adele Rouze, daughter of reknowned vigneron Jaques Rouze, returned home to the Loire Valley to create her own wines with her brother in 2003. Quincy is her pride and joy, with ripe grapefruit, green pear and white blossom notes and the kind of beautiful minerality that can only be found in this region of France. Pair this bottle with poultry, grilled vegetables or goat cheese.
