Made with 100% Hondurrabi Zuri, an indigenous grape to this area, this wine is fresh a slight effervesence with notes of bright citrus, green apple skins and wet stones. Perfect to say goodbye to the last warm days of the year with, this wine is easy to enjoy all by itself or would be a perfect accompaniment for spicy mussles and chorizo or sushi.
